Hi All:


finished the water tank today. As can be seen I did not use thread for tank bands. I used paper painted with rust. Then I applied Tichy Train Group turnbuckles and NBW castings.

Got a little more done. As I said water tank is finished and also finished offices walls and supports. Also added awnings.

Hi All:

Finished the office today. Added A paper Creek tar paper roof. Stacks and awnings are added. On to the Clock/Bell tower.

I use neutral grey artist markers (from craft stores) to paint the edges of Paper Creek tarpaper and corrugated siding here.  Black would be too dark, the neutral grey provides the shadow without being too obvious.
