Question about the FSM WESTSIDE AUTO
« on: July 14, 2019, 10:45:16 AM »
Hi Guys, Does anybody have this kit and can tell me if it's a good kit to build? Ebay has one for a good price. I liked the way it looks and was curious how you liked it? Thanks Dennis

Hi Dennis:

Frank Bernard and I test fit that kit for George before it came out. It's a great kit and lots of fun to build and had great detail.

This was one of my favorite kits to build.  There are a few tricky bits but overall it went together with no issues.
Here are pics of my build that I did.

A great kit to build. Instructions are probably the best George has written. Very clear and precise and easily followed.
If you follow the instructions and take your time you will have a great journey building this kit.
Some care needs to be taken when applying the stucco, but I followed suggestions from postalkarl and Frank and it worked out fine.
Enjoy the build !

My build graced the cover of NYCentral Modeler magazine.
