Hi Guys:
I'm building a plastic kit for the first time in years. It's for a friends layout. We shall see how I do.
Karl
For some reason you have me really interested and excited , wondering how you do a plastic kit.
I agree cant wait....Dennis
I have got to watch this one.

Hey Guys:
Already I'm unhappy. Just not good at this.
Karl
Hi All:
Here it is finished. Ehhh I don't think its that great.
Karl
Not much you can do with a little plastic box , not even you I guess.
Hey Jan:
what can I say. You are probably right.
Karl
Darn near as fast as going through the drive in window.
I think it looks good, Karl. Remember the the architecture and materials on the prototypes was kept basic to keep franchise costs down. It would not have the more distinctive early century style of the wood structures many of us are building, nor the warm character of brick. Add a few period vehicles and some patrons and you have a great scene for any layout.

Hey Band O Guy:
Sounds good to me.
Karl
hey George:
Thanks buddy appreciate it. Yeah I pretty much agree with what you have to say.
Karl
Karl,
Even the greats can be humbled by DQ ;)
My business partners and I bought a DQ years ago (we own medical clinics)..."it'll be fun", "the kids will love it"...ugggh, couldn't wait to unload it
